Frej – Glueing it togehter

Yesterday was the BIG day – I glued the boat togehter.

Put all your straps and long clamps in place! Plus all your venyl gloves and trusty Duct-Tape. You will need them all.

I used thickend expoxy in a cardridge as a glue and applied it via cardrigde gun as a beat ontop of the hull strips. Than adding a huge amount of expoxy glue on the seat joints and put all togehter. As said – you will need all your straps to squeze Deck and Hull togehter. I needed to change 10 times my gloves (ripped apart) and when I was finished, I took some control picutres from the inside…

So far so good! Next for today is sanding the Joint-Area and glass it twice from the outside.
