Yesterday I made the cutouts with the jigsaw. I bought extra blades for cutting through aluminum but they quickly got filled op with melted aluminum. The best blades where quick cutting blades with titanium coating for wood… .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To fix the section on the aluminum profile – I thought it would be clever to use a kind of Sika Flex. But this didn’t lock down the sections properly. So I went quickly to my options and decided to cut 38.8cm pieces from a 2.4cm x 2.4cm and screwed them alternating to the sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bow and Tail provided it’s own challenges…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I slotted the support square and screwed it onto the strongback and the section and glued the tail section into the support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
